Listed Property Extension and Renovation

Two-storey extension and complete renovation of a listed farmhouse, originally built in 1550 and adapted over several generations. The new extension was designed to blend into the remainder of the house to satisfy conservation requirements, but was created by utilising an oak frame for the first floor structure, to complement the existing period style. This stunning seven bedroom property located in the heart of the Surrey Hills has been refurbished to create a high quality family home.

Client Testimonial:
“We really liked the family dynamic and I think that real care and attention and the white-glove service that we got meant we felt in really safe hands with Cortec. They’re a team that operate with a huge amount of integrity and trust, and we relied on their guidance the whole way through and there was never a compromise on transparency and honesty, which as a client we really appreciated.”
